We operate from two locations: our main yard in Llandilo and a secondary yard in Chullora associated with the rail depot. For projects outside these areas, we can discuss mobilisation requirements and timelines during your initial consultation.
We select operators based on both technical skills and their understanding of railway environments. New team members typically have prior experience in either heavy machinery operation or railway work. Our training includes a comprehensive onboarding process covering railway safety protocols, equipment operation, and emergency procedures. We also have a certified railway panel within our Llandilo yard for more comprehensive operator training, allowing hands-on experience in a controlled environment.
