Rail Assistance Vehicle – Dump Truck Accessory
The RAV was developed by Next Generation Contractors to provide a unique solution for railway maintenance work, especially on hard to reach sites. The Rail Assistance Vehicle (RAV) provides mobile access to water, a high pressure gurney, fire fighting hose and spray bars for dust suppression. The hydraulic tail lift provides ergonomic access to equipment, oxy supplies and hot works boxes.
Balloon Tyres:
Balloon Tires enable the Dump truck to climb ballast to access railway and to drive along railway lines .
Water tank and spay bar:
1400L built in water tank with baffles which supplies a series of spray bars for dust suppression.
High Pressure guerney and hose:
A high pressure guerney and a fire suppression hose, both powered by Honda 160 motors.
Hot works box and Hydraulic Tail Lift:
Hydraulic tail lift for ergonomic access to equipment, oxy supplies and hot works box.
4 Tonne Articulated Dump Truck
A solid workforce on rail maintenance jobsites, the 4Tonne Dump Truck can climb ballast to access tracks, providing site access in narrow environments for fire hazard reduction, ballast distribution, and equipment transport along track.

The PA64 Pantograph is a state of the art, overhead wire maintenance and inspection system, designed for precision and efficiency. Its advanced design ensures compliance with industry standards, supporting both routine maintenance and emergency response work.

Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP) RP M450 MV
The 450MV sets a new standard with enhanced precision, increased lift capacity, and 360-degree cameras for incident investigation and operator training. Its auto-off standby mode improves fuel efficiency and reduces emissions, making it ideal for tunnels, bridges, and enclosed spaces.
